Bank From Home

During the Covid-19 lockdown, I was part of a team at an agency that developed a digital campaign for ICICI Bank, aimed at promoting the ease and security of mobile banking from home. With physical access to branches restricted, the core idea was to reassure customers that their banking needs could still be managed seamlessly through digital platforms. Under the guidance of a Creative Director, and while also mentoring junior team members, I contributed to the visual development — from initial mood boards and design exploration to adapting the campaign into a 3D animation due to production constraints during lockdown.

 

We crafted a storyboard that illustrated relatable at-home banking scenarios, brought to life with simple characters, clean compositions, and a warm, approachable tone. The final animated video was distributed across digital channels, effectively reinforcing the bank’s message of convenience, trust, and accessibility during an unprecedented time.
