Welcome to the world of Mantri Carica, a unique real estate brand situated near a grand Banyan tree, known for its iconic presence in the area. Our collaboration with Mantri Carica began with a clear objective: to integrate the essence of this natural landmark into a cohesive brand identity. We conceptualized a logo that cleverly incorporates the banyan tree's distinctive leaves into the letter "I," symbolizing growth and rootedness.

Aligned with the client's preference for hues reminiscent of Redstone, our color palette reflects this warm and sophisticated tone. In the meticulously designed brochure, we showcased a narrative of value and impact. The layout emphasizes the journey of growth and investment, using full-page imagery and a modern aesthetic to convey the property's allure and promise.
